| Members Mooring Offer |
Following the AGM and a proposal made by member, Mr Robert Davis, the Sailing Committee have decided to offer members a special overnight rate on the Club Pontoon when visiting the Club for a function. The Sailing Committee takes all members suggestions very seriously, and the decision to reduce the overnight rate in this way was not taken lightly, and has been at the forefront of the committees agenda for the last year.
The goal of the new rate is to increase the benefit to our members at the same time as maximising members use of the clubs dining facilities and function attendance. |
As an example, members attending the Ceilidh can book on to the Club pontoon for as little as £1 per metre.
Certain terms and conditions do apply and these are detailed below. |

The rate is £1 per metre per night for vessels over 6.5 metres in length.
The rate will only apply when the member has pre-booked dinner or is attending a Club Function.
The member must pre-book the mooring through the Sailing Office by telephone or email and be confirmed by email or in writing.
The overnight period will be from 1700 on the day of arrival until 0900 the following day.
Members must sleep on board whilst benefiting from this facility.
Power and water will be charged as a supplement at the rate of £3 per night per vessel.
Booking will not be taken more than 30 days in advance. |
