| Royal Southern Cookbook |
| There are plans to produce a second edition of the Royal Southern Cookbook. The first edition was published in 1997 and tastes have changed in 10 years, so do please send us your favourite recipes, especially those of a nautical theme. |

| Honorary Archivist |
| We are looking to appoint an Honorary Archivist who will select, manage and preserve information of long term value to the Club. This will apply to everything to do with our buildings, trophies, gifts, pictures and sailing achievements. Please contact the Secretary if you would be interested in doing this. |
We also want to establish a simple database of expertise in respect of members who would be prepared to give advice and assistance from time to time.
There are other small but specific jobs that members might like to take on as well such as looking after the flower beds or our barometer. (A record of the "great depression" in October 1987 should be in our archives!) Terry Mead has already kindly volunteered to look after the charts in the Chart Room |
