| 1.The member must be at the Club after 1800 hrs on the night the room is required |
| 2. It must be the member in person, offer not available to guests or non-members |
| 3. The rooms cannot be booked in advance of the day and/or over the phone |
| 4. Members must pay on arrival for the room - it cannot be charged to the members account. |
| 5. If a room is booked in advance then cancelled on they day by the member who then arrives after 1800 hrs, the room will still be charged at full rate. |
