| Opera on the Run |
| Sunday 20th June 2010 |
| Come and join us for a wonderful evening of opera and enjoy the last of the day's sun down at the Club and aboard your boats. |
| The opera will commence at 1800 hrs and is A Comedy of Arias - an irresistible goulash of love and betrayal simmering with Opera's greatest hits. This mad cap mixture of heart wrenching music and riotous comedy includes favourites such as Granada, Nessun dorma and the Pearlfisher's duet. In an attempt to elevate his Opera Caf, Roger Bravado hires the velvet voices of The Singing Waiters with disastrous consequences of operatic proportions. |
There will be an interval at 1840 hrs for 1.5 hours where you can enjoy a picnic aboard your boat or on the grass in front of the Club, or why not book a table on the Club pontoon or terrace? We are taking bookings for tables of 10 only and you will need to provide your own food.
Alternatively, why not come and meet in the Upper Bar and enjoy a luxury summer buffet, £25 per person. Please book your place with the office. |
| The second half will then commence at 2010 hrs for another 40 minutes. |
Ticket prices are as follows:
Rows A & B - £45 (32 tickets available)
Rows C - F - £35 (64 tickets available)
Rows G - I - £25 (48 tickets available) |
| So book early for what promises to be an excellent nights entertainment. |
