Welcome to the online booking module.
The pane to the left is operated by 'bookatee.com', who provide this functionality on behalf of the Royal Southern. This help module will be available at all times through your booking.

Visitor registration allows non members to book onto events, where as Members should log in using the details previously issued by the Club in order to benefit from preferential rates.

To your left the pane will either show a list of bookatee sites, in which case scroll down to Royal Southern and click 'book now' or, the page will go straight to the Royal Southern booking menu.

This will depend on the cookie settings on your computer. Both the Royal Southern site and the bookatee site have secure socket layers for security.

The first time you use the visitor's portal you will be emailed a user name and password.
This will come from 'Golf Leisure Online Bookings'. Please keep this to hand for future bookings.
Once registered you are able to log in and change your password to something more memorable!

Club Members should not register as visitors as you will not get Members' rates on entries to events. Instead please use the previously issued log in details.

This system allows bookings for events and will eventually allow online accommodation booking.

Just about all events will be available to book online, up to 90 days prior to the day of the event.
Events will sometimes appear in more than one category - for example the Cruiser Race will appear in 'Racing' and 'Cruising'.
All events will appear in the 'All Events' option.
If you cannot see an event it may be fully booked, or not yet available. Please contact the Club to confirm.

Please ensure all information you enter is accurate. This forms the basis of the race entry process for on water events and it is critical that accurate data is fed into the race management software.

Contact details are essential both before and during the event in case of alteration or incident.
Please also ensure you have read fully the disclaimer that you are required to complete as the last part of the booking before payment.

Payment must be made at the time of booking and can be done by either credit or debit card.
We regret that American Express and Diners Cards are not accepted.

Please read 'credit or debit card' whenever the site refers to 'credit card'.
After payment you will be sent a confirmation email. Please keep this in case of any amendments / cancellations.

Once made bookings can only be amended or changed by Club staff.
