You may ask two existing Members of at least two years standing to propose and second you. Both the Proposer and Seconder must have been personally acquainted with you for at least six months. If you do not have a Proposer and Seconder, a member of the Sailing Committee will contact you to arrange an introductory meeting (often online) and the Executive Committee will approve your membership after six months. You can use and enjoy all the facilities of the Club in the meantime.
Members in the above categories who reside continuously outside the British Isles will pay 50% of the relevant age category – excluding Academy
- Joining Fee will be agreed and set by the Executive Committee from time to time
- Membership age categories relate to the age of the Primary Subscription Holder on the 1st September for the forthcoming year
- An additional Spouse/ Partner will pay the same age related rate applicable to them. Their children under 17 are free. The 8 – 17 rate is for every child of a Single Parent who are full Members, or for Junior Members joining in their own right. Children under 8 are free.
