Berthing Ballot 2020-2021 Now Open!

Applications are now being accepted for the 2020-2021 berthing year. Please find the Ballot Application form, along with the Terms & Conditions and Fees below at the bottom of this page.

The Process

The Closing Date for applications is 12:00 noon on the 25th October 2019. Application deposits of the relevant amount need to be paid by the Closing Date for the application to be deemed valid and complete.
Following the closing date of applications, the Berthing Ballot will be held in the Member’s Bar of the Royal Southern Yacht Club on Friday 1st November 2019 at 19:00.
Following the Ballot, a full list of applicants in drawn order will be published in the Club. Members will be notified of application success, or otherwise, following the subsequent Berth Allocation process. The Holding Deposit must then be paid by successful applicants by 12:00 noon on 30th November 2019 to retain the berth.
The remainder of the fee shall be paid by 12:00 on 28th February 2020, otherwise the allocated berth will be forfeited and reallocated.

Please download, fill out and return the attached file (along with the application deposit) to the Royal Southern Sailing Office at sailing@royal-southern.co.uk by 12:00 noon 25th October 2019.
Even though it is a PDF, you should be able to fill out the form on your device. If not, you can print out, fill in and return to the Sailing Office by post or in person.
